Third Step: Sharing by Allegedly Serious Sites Supposedly serious sites like marca(.)es, hespress(.com), and goal(.)fr shared this information on their websites and social media pages.

Why This Information Cannot Be True?
El Adlouni also explained why this information cannot be true. To simplify, there are two main types of marital regimes. The first is the regime of community reduced to the acquits, which is the legal regime (i.e., by default) of the majority of European countries, including France, Spain, Germany, and Italy, where Hakimi resided for the last ten years. If the couple had adopted this marriage regime, it would have meant that everything acquired during the marriage by one of the spouses is shared in case of divorce, including bank accounts, real estate, etc.
The second regime is the separation of property. Hakimi could have made a prenuptial agreement stipulating that he would be the sole beneficiary of the fortune and assets in case of divorce. However, his wife would necessarily be aware of this (as she would have signed the contract before a notary), and he would not have any interest in putting his fortune in his mother’s name (unless he wants to share it with the tax authorities).
